Eight Ball organic summer squash is harvested twice weekly starting as early as mid June.  Excellent for stir fries. Costato Romanesco is the most delicate of all summer squashes and a winner in all taste tests!  Harvested weekly all summer. Jaune et Verte is a colorful, tender summer treat with excellent eye appeal and wonderfully showy bloom and mature fruit.  Harvested three times weekly. Light Green Summer Scallop squash is among the most flavorful of all summer squashes.  First harvest in late June and then twice weekly throughout the summer.
Tiny's exotic organic Flying Saucer summer squash is a great addition to any stir fry.  Harvested about once each five days all summer.
